Why SAMMIK exists
SAMMIK Consulting was founded based on years of firsthand experience working with small and mid-sized businesses, including owner-operated, private equity-backed, venture-backed, and startup companies.
We understand that as businesses grow, they become more complex. The way the business is managed needs to evolve. Processes that once worked may no longer be effective, operational challenges become more difficult to see and manage, technology needs change, and owners and management teams need better information and visibility to understand how the business is performing, where opportunities exist to improve profitability, and how to continue growing the business.

Imran is a technical expert in executive, finance, operations, management and leadership roles across multiple segments of the manufacturing, construction and services industries. He has led finance and operations from the inside, which is why SAMMIK engagements start with the numbers and end with a process your team can run without us.
